Every pledge is a real Stripe payment that goes directly into the production of Grover's Mill. You receive an instant emailed receipt, a downloadable PDF, and any perks tied to your tier.

If a perk cannot be delivered, we will refund your pledge. Reach out via the Contact button or WhatsApp and our team will respond within 24 hours.

Perk fulfillment (roles, credits, signed items, set visits) is handled by the Bigger Picture Studios team via the email you used at checkout.

We welcome adult creators in supported payout countries whose recent public posts show genuine, consistent views and audience interaction. There is no fixed follower minimum: we review audience authenticity, content quality, brand safety, location, niche, and campaign fit. Film experience is not required, and inflated or purchased audiences are not eligible.

The standard creator commission is 10% of eligible, successfully collected pledges attributed to your link or code. Approved partners may receive 15%, while a small number of ambassador campaigns may use a separately negotiated rate. Your agreed rate is shown before a campaign begins. Refunded, disputed, fraudulent, tax, and shipping amounts do not earn commission.

Eligible commissions first pass a 14-day refund and fraud-protection period. Cleared balances are scheduled weekly after you reach the $50 payout minimum and finish payout verification. Bank processing times and country availability vary, and balances below $50 roll into the next cycle.

A contribution is any action that helps a campaign, such as sharing a post, creating content, introducing a partner, volunteering expertise, or contributing money. A pledge is specifically a completed financial payment made to support a film or claim a listed perk. Only eligible paid pledges attributed to a creator can generate affiliate commission.

Approved creators receive a personal link or code. A qualifying customer must use that tracked route or enter the code during the campaign attribution window. We use completed payment records—not follower counts or impressions—to calculate commission.

No. Calculator results are planning estimates, not promises. Actual earnings depend on real post views, audience trust, conversion, pledge value, campaign fit, attribution, refunds, and your approved commission rate.
